What is eQuirks?
eQuirks is online fleet management system that allows customers to actively manage their refrigeration fleet.
This system is designed to provide customers, who have a large refrigeration fleet, e.g. merchandising fridges,
bar fridges and the like, to manage these assets in terms of location, availability, status of movements etc.
Through integration with Quirks’ ERP system, eQuirks provides up to date and real time information on
your fleet allowing you to better manage the deployment of units in a timely and efficient manner.
eQuirks provides you with:
• An inventory of units which are available from any Quirks warehouse that can be deployed
to an outlet or some other customer site. Also shows units that are part of your fleet, yet are
not available for reasons such as repair.
• The status of any movement request for example, is it still pending,
in the process of being moved or delivered and closed.
• The functionality of requesting a movement of a unit and
any constraints or special instructions and requirements.
