Incorporated in our service management system is a sophisticated asset management module that allows us to record, track and monitor service commitments scheduled to be carried out on our customer’s cold space equipment.

Once the outlet and equipment details are entered into the asset management module, we can allocate preventative maintenance or reactive service calls to the unit and hence maintain a service log for the equipment.

The benefit to you is that your equipment is easily identifiable in our system and it’s service history is readily available.
